In order to assist in your preparation for camp, we have listed the following items:

1. Camp Registration
2. Medical  Form
3. Release, Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement Form
4. Camp Tuition Receipt (just in case of a discrepancy)
5. Soccer ball
6. Soccer shoes
7. Shin guards
8. Soccer apparel
9. Water (full water bottle or thermos)
